Terms of Service

I offer the following services:

1. Brand Clarity Audit — a focused review of your existing brand or website with written recommendations, delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

2. Brand Website — Starter — a professional 5-page website including brand discovery, mobile-optimised design, and basic SEO setup, delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.

3. Brand Website — Growth — a website of up to 10 pages including product catalogue, booking or enquiry system, and basic e-commerce, delivered within 4 to 6 weeks.

4. Full Brand & Digital Presence — a complete multi-page website with full e-commerce, inventory management, email capture, and content management training, delivered within an agreed timeframe.

5. Website Audit & Redesign — a full strategic redesign of an existing website, scope and timeline agreed on a per-project basis.

6. Monthly Maintenance — an ongoing monthly service covering content updates, performance checks, security monitoring, and priority support.

All projects begin with an enquiry through the contact form or by email. Once we have discussed your needs and agreed on the scope, I will send you a written proposal or project summary confirming the services, price, and timeline.

Work begins only after the 50% deposit has been received and the project scope has been confirmed in writing by both parties. No work will commence without this confirmation.

I invoice clients directly. Payment terms are as follows:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is due before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final deliverable — such as a completed website or audit report — is handed over.

For Monthly Maintenance clients, payment is due at the start of each month.

Invoices are issued by email and are payable within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled.

I understand that circumstances change. My cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking forfeit the deposit, as it covers time already allocated and work already begun on your project.

For Monthly Maintenance clients, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel. No refunds are issued for a month already in progress.

For the Brand Clarity Audit, once the audit report has been delivered no refund is available as the work has been completed in full.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and responded to within 5 working days. To request a cancellation or refund, please email me at Olaaleshinloye123@yahoo.com.

To allow me to deliver your project on time and to the highest standard, I ask that you:

Provide all required content, materials, and feedback within the agreed timeframes. Delays caused by late content or feedback may affect the project timeline and I cannot be held responsible for delays outside of my control.

Ensure that any content, images, or materials you supply to me are owned by you or that you have the legal right to use them. I accept no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from materials provided by you.

Communicate clearly and promptly throughout the project so we can work effectively together.

Until final payment has been received in full, all work created by me — including designs, copy, code, and strategic documents — remains my intellectual property.

Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the completed deliverable is transferred to you for your own business use.

I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio, on social media, and in case studies unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

I retain full ownership of any processes, frameworks, templates, or methodologies I use to deliver my services. These are not transferred to you as part of any project agreement.

I am a brand website creator and digital product strategist. While I bring significant experience and care to every project, I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as a set number of sales, leads, or revenue as a result of working with me.

Results depend on many factors outside of my control, including your industry, market conditions, and how you use and promote your website after handover.

Nothing on this website or in any document I produce constitutes legal, financial, or professional regulatory advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, my total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific service.

I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from our work together or your use of this website.
